GAAM Good put on over 20 free events in 2025. Please support us so we can continue to do even more in 2026.
The Vision
GAAM holds over 20 free events & meetups a year. The Holiday Nerd Market is currently the biggest of them. But it wasn’t always that way.
The HNM was a simple ticketed market, that has transformed into a 2 day tradition of holiday nerdy magic, that truly supports the community it was born from.
Because of you, this event has become a Jacksonville tradition. What was once a simple market, is now 2 days of holiday nerdy magic, that truly supports the community it was born from. You helped created a financially accessible event, that is free for attendees, offers refunds to the vendors, and truly supports Jacksonville, our Nerd Village. 🎅🏽 🌟
This year we’ll be expanding the “Nerd Village” with an area for local performances, giveaways, hidden Pokemon, and special events (such as photos with Santa or maybe a certain green individual 😉 )
We will also be continuing to support our village here in Jacksonville by:
🧸 a bigger Toy drive for Fostering Connections and Mamis Azules y Familia
🍴 Feeding the hungry by teaming up with Jacksonville Spanish English
👶🏼 Helping special needs children
🎨 Nurturing the arts
🎄 and more!
We will continue giving local vendors priority in the vendor selection process. We think this will help continue to grow our community and city closer, and create opportunities for those that typically may not get them, and Level Up Local. After that, we will be looking to those in the North Florida area (but that’s as far out as we’re going! Sorry!).
Your donations and support make this possible. If you would like to see us continue to keep the HNM free, and create other events and opportunities for our community (such as Drink + Draw, Secret Nerd Market, Benefit After Parties, etc), please make a donation of any amount.
*Donor Rewards will be available at special meetups leading up to HNM, and at the HNM itself. For those not attending, we will reach out and figure out delivery options. 💖
